Laura Ellis is the Founder and CEO of Trusted Advisory Board (TAB) Inc. in Canada, and The Founder and Executive Director of Hope Society uG in Munich, Germany.  Channelling her visionary thinking Laura envisioned a different way to support critical decisions with lasting implications. TAB Inc. was a resource for business executives that enabled clients’ access to a Board of highly seasoned and accomplished Advisors. “Lifting” the mindset and methodology from years of practicing Industrial Psychology, she later developed a unique business model for elevating the status and impact of immigrants towards a more humane framework of integration.  The commercialization and improvements made to ChatGPT led to a leaner, more accessible operating model allowing AI to fill in knowledge or skill gaps for TABs business clients and Hope Society’s immigrant population.

Laura’s calling for being an Educator, a Business Psychologist and an Enterpriser fed a vocation for service. As an Educator, Laura motivated and guided at-risk youth to thrive outside the limits imposed by the oppressive Communist regime in Romania. As a political immigrant, her exposure to the market economy elevated an interest in learning more about how businesses operate, how they make or lose money and want laws of economics apply and in what circumstances. Looking for answers in academia at first (MSc In industrial Psychology, MBA Essential Certificate) then gaining a lot of experience in the field acting as a proxy in senior decision making, influenced a unique way of thinking that translater an overly complex reality into fewer yet fundamental, generally valid rules, independent of the aria of application. .
